You can't always make it to see a trainer about how to use gym equipment. We always recommend the personal touch, but if not there's another option. Now you can use your phone to see how to use equipment safely and effectively, and also manage your workouts at Charlies Health & Fitness. You can also join our challenges, track your goals, receive programs and generally stay motivated.

Here's how....

  1. From the android playstore or apple store search for mywellness and download the free technogym app.
  2. Once installed create an account.
  3. and login.
  4. You can sync the mywellness app with other fitness tracking apps on your phone, fitbit, garmin, etc.

  1. Activate the QR scanner on the top right of the mywellness app.
  2. Locate the QR code on the machine and scan it.
  3. QR codes look like this.
  4. Your phone will show you a list of exercises you can do on the machine.
  5. You can play a video of how to perform the exercise.
  6. You can also add the exercise to your list and add it to workouts.

That's not all though. You can also use the Mywellness app for

  • accessing programs recommended by your club
  • setting up your own workouts
  • tracking your activities and health
  • keeping motivated by setting goals and tracking them
