Social Club fortnightly membership payments are not taken by the Social Club. Payments are taken/processed by either Health Services (if you're a payroll member) or Debit Success (if you pay via credit card, etc.).


Complete the form below and we'll check your membership type and send you info on cancelling your membership. It's a pretty straight forward process, but please check that your deductions stop from your bank account or payslip.
