Booking into Health & Fitness classes is not a requirement, but has a few advantages.

  1. Class sizes are limited due to space. If you book online you'll make sure you have a spot in the class, and if it's already fully booked you know before hand.
  2. If a class needs to be cancelled or shifted for some reason, if you've booked we can send you an email or sms letting you know.

Step 1 : Go to

Step 2 : Click the register button on the top right

Tip - you can see which classes are fully booked as they have a full sign

If you have already registered go to Step 4.

Step 3: Type in your email and click Register

Tip - the email needs to be the one that you have in your records at the Social Club. You should receive our emails to this address.

Step 4: Once you have logged in your name should appear on the top right. You can now click on the class you would like to make a booking for.

Tip - please note that certain class can only be booked if you have a valid session pass. These include Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and the Women's Weight Loss Program.

Step 5: At the top of the Class information page (in this example Yoga) click the "Book" button.

Step 5: You will now see a booking confirmation message and you will receive a confirmation email that has a calendar booking attached so you don't forget what you've booked..

Step 6: You will be returned to the Time table page and bookings you have made will appear with a tick on the class.

Step 6: You can cancel a booking by selecting the class and clicking the "Cancel Booking" button.
