24hr Gym

We have a staff run 24 hr gym onsite located in V Block. It's never been easier (or cheaper) to get a great workout.



Cycle

Interested in cycling to work? Travel Smart can help, and there are bike storage and change rooms onsite.



Healthy Weight Programs

Weight loss is often our goal - however it needs to be part of a broader wellness strategy - to be successful and healthy.

Fitness Programs

The Social Club runs a 12 week fitness program. you don't need to be a gym member to attend - but you will get support in reaching your goals.



Yoga/Pilates/Zumba

You don't need to join the gym to access yoga, pilates and zumba classes onsite.



Walking Groups

Walking is a great way to improve or maintain health - and it's free. Join or start a walking group.

Running

The Social Club and Hospital enters teams in Run for a Reason and City to Surf - Get fit and social!



Massage (onsite)

Getting active isn't just about sweating. You need to take care of yourself and Massage can help you stay relaxed and healthy.
